| When I posted my Resume and with in two-three days I had 5 interviews arranged, all for jobs
appropriate to my skills. By the end of the process I had 5 job offers, all at a salary at least 12k
higher than I was on! I loved the experience, as it was a great experience boost confidence. Yes,
most of the calls you get are from jobs provide agencies, so you don't get all the jobs that are out
there, but the Monster.com job site is a great addition to your job search 'tool'
I have received some forty odd calls from people who got my Resume form the Monster.com job site.
Not one of them has actually been a prospective employer. All contacts have been from job provider's
company agencies trawling through for candidates. It is useful to get your Resume out there and if
you are just starting out, as it may be of benefit to reach a wider audience than you originally
thought of, but for experienced people who are ten or more years down the line, you may well be
disappointed |
